Probiotics 12 PLUS is fermented using twelve carefully selected strains of lactic acid bacteria, including the proprietary TH 10, which is more than six times stronger than other probiotics known to bacteriologists. The bacteria are cultured on nutritious vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, and seaweed; this healthy culture medium is included in the vegetable capsules. This provides "prebiotic"nutrition for the good bacteria, further insuring their success in your digestive tract. Organic acid from the fermentation process are also included and help to improve digestive pH. Digestive enzymes, bacteriocins, and hydrogen peroxide are developed to enhance and maintain the delicate micro flora garden living in your digestive tract.

Suggest Use:
Take 1capsule with water twice a day on empty stomach.
If benefits are desired in the stomach (e.g. heartburn or an unsettling meal) the capsules may be chewed.
